Misty O'Leary

My name is Misty O’Leary, and I love teaching fourth grade at Jasper Elementary. It’s hard for me to believe that I have been teaching for 28 years. I received my bachelor’s degree from UTC and advanced degrees from TTU. I am married to Mark O’Leary, and we have two grown children, three dogs, and a cat! In addition to teaching fourth graders I also love reading, being with my family, and all animals, especially dogs!

I consider my class each year to be a family. I hope to teach all children in my room not only educational skills, but also to respect each other, take up for one another, and most importantly to be kind.
